Mobilization Department

The Mobilization Department is a subdivision of the Executive Committee of Naberezhnye Chelny, which performs, within its competence, the functions of exercising local government authorities of Naberezhnye Chelny in the field of defense, mobilization training and mobilization, ensuring the conscription of citizens for military service and the protection of state secrets. The general management of the mobilization department is carried out by the Head of the Executive Committee of Naberezhnye Chelny. The Mobilization Department, within the limits of fulfilling the powers and functions assigned to it, independently plans and organizes its official activities.
