The Organizational Department of the Executive Committee of the city of Naberezhnye Chelny was created to organize and ensure the activities of the Executive Committee. The Department carries out its activities in cooperation with the structural divisions of the Executive Committee, the City Council, the state authorities of the Russian Federation and the Republic of Tatarstan.

In its activities, the Department reports to the Chief of Staff of the Executive Committee.

The Department is a structural subdivision of the Executive Committee Staff.

The main tasks of the department are information and organizational support for the activities of the Executive Committee for the implementation of current legislation, coordination of the activities of the Executive Committee bodies, planning meetings and events held by the Head of the Executive Committee and the Chief of Staff, and ensuring the interaction of the Executive Committee with government agencies, local governments, and organizations.
