The Municipal Order Department performs the function of the authorized body in the field of municipal order placement in the city of Naberezhnye Chelny. Performs the following activities within the scope of its competence:
1) reviews incoming procurement requests;
2) decides on the method of procurement in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation on the contract system;
3) develops and approves the tender documentation, auction documentation;
4) ensures that the rights and legitimate interests of the procurement participants are respected;
5) creates competitive, auction, quotation commissions for procurement;
6) performs other functions in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation on the contract system.
