The main tasks of the Department for the Development of the Priority Development Area are the development of a set of measures to create favorable conditions for investment activities and the implementation of measures related to the development of the priority development area of Naberezhnye Chelny.
The main functions of the Department for the development of the territory of advanced development are:
1) organization of work on the development of the TOP "Naberezhnye Chelny";
2) organization of work on receiving and reviewing documents from potential TOP residents;
3) organization of work on concluding agreements with TOP residents;
4) monitoring and monitoring the implementation of agreements concluded with residents of the TOP;
5) organization of work to assess the effectiveness of the TOP;
6) interaction within the competence of the Department with industrial and industrial parks regarding the placement of potential residents of the TOP;
7) development and updating of presentations "Investment attractiveness of Naberezhnye Chelny municipality";
8) advising interested parties on issues within the competence of the Department;
9) formation and provision of information materials on issues within the competence of the Department;
10) participation in the preparation and holding of meetings and seminars on issues within the competence of the Department;
11) development of drafts of municipal legal acts related to the development of the TOP;
12) preparation of conclusions on the compliance of investment projects with the requirements for investment projects implemented in priority development territories created in the territories of single-industry municipalities of the Russian Federation (single-industry towns).
