In 2012, the Administration of the city of Naberezhnye Chelny allocated a land plot in the industrial-communal zone to create the "Razvitie" industrial park. The site will create new jobs and introduce the most advanced technologies into production. The project involves the placement and construction of resident industrial enterprises on two adjacent territories in 2 stages: Stage I of the Razvitie industrial park is 12.57 hectares, Stage II is 11.6 hectares. The project aims to promote the development of manufacturing industries and the production of new types of products in Naberezhnye Chelny, Republic of Tatarstan.
