Overview information
The purpose of the administration of the Central District, as a structural subdivision of the executive and administrative body of local self-government, is to resolve issues of local importance in accordance with current legislation.
Khabibullin Fidaris Fandavisovich is the Head of the administration of the Central District of the Executive Committee of the city of Naberezhnye Chelny.

The administration of the Central District of the Executive Committee is a separate structural unit of the Executive Committee of the city of Naberezhnye Chelny, performs managerial functions in the Central District of the city of Naberezhnye Chelny.

The district administration provides on the territory of the district:
· reception of the population, consideration of citizens' appeals and taking necessary measures on appeals;
· development of territorial public self-government;
· Social support and employment promotion;
· proper maintenance, landscaping and landscaping of natural areas;
· proper maintenance of housing and communal services facilities;
· coordination of the activities of organizations of all forms of ownership for the implementation of socio-economic programs, issues of mobilization training and other issues;
· creation of conditions for providing the population with trade, catering and consumer services;
· exercising other powers in accordance with decisions of the city's local self-government bodies.
There are 32 complexes located in the Central District. (1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7 , 9, 10,11, 12, 13, 14, 16, 17, 18, 19, 31, 34, 35, 36, 37, 38, 39, 40, 41, 42, 43, 44, 45, 56, 58, 59, 60), private sector – "Chally Yar"
The housing stock consists of 566 multi–apartment and individual residential buildings, serviced by 13 management companies: LLC "Enthusiast", LLC Management Company "Remzhilstroy", LLC Management Company "Parity", LLC Management Company "Makhalla", LLC Management Company "Elektrotechnikov", LLC Management Company "Building the future", Municipal Unitary Enterprise "Tsentralny Management Company, Dom and Co. 29 territorial public self-governments have been established and are operating in the Central District.
