2) Creation and maintenance of the accounting system for municipal property, city land plots and control over their use;
3) Maintaining the Register of Municipal property of the city of Naberezhnye Chelny;
4) Management and disposal of municipal property, making decisions on leasing, pledging, trust management, gratuitous use or other forms of use;
5) Control over the full and timely receipt of funds from the sale, lease of municipal property, land plots, part of the net profit of municipal unitary enterprises, as well as other use of municipal property;
6) The assignment of municipal property to the right of operational and economic management of municipal enterprises and institutions and the seizure of excess, unused or misused property;
7) Preparation of draft municipal legal acts on the provision of land plots to legal entities and individuals on the right of lease, gratuitous fixed-term use, permanent (indefinite) use, ownership;
8) Participation in the creation, reorganization and liquidation of municipal enterprises, liquidation of municipal institutions, coordination of projects on the creation and reorganization of municipal institutions;
9) Development of draft municipal legal acts on accounting, management, disposal, privatization of municipal property, land management;
10) Development of a draft Forecast plan (program) for the privatization of municipal property. Implementation of measures for the privatization of municipal unitary enterprises and other objects in municipal ownership in accordance with the approved Forecast Plan;
11) Development of forecast data on income receipts from privatization and use of municipal property and land plots. Control over the full and timely receipt of income.
