About the event

The exposition is dedicated to the history of the Kama Automobile Plant (KAMAZ), the New City, and the Small Displacement Car Plant (ZMA).

The exposition features unique artifacts, photographs, and posters related to the construction history of the automobile plant and the New City of Naberezhnye Chelny. The modern history of the plant is represented by a new engine, scale models of military vehicles, and much more.

Visitors will be able to learn in detail about all stages of the construction, see how a huge New City and the facilities of the KAMAZ plant literally grew on an endless plain in just a decade. They will see photographs of builders, foremen, and managers, learn interesting details of those times, and have the opportunity to sit in the cabin of a truck and an Oka passenger car.

The history of the New City construction is presented through a scale model of the general construction plan, as well as photographs of builders, foremen, and city leaders.
