In 1969, the construction of the major "КАМАЗ" enterprise in Naberezhnye Chelny was declared an All-Union Komsomol Shock Construction Project. In 2026, the city celebrates the 50th anniversary of the first КАМАЗ truck. In honor of this jubilee, the theater presents an engaging play.
Like a wounded mustang, a loyal horse left riderless on the battlefield, it awaited its moment to bolt once more and charge into a fierce and deadly attack, fighting alongside four soldiers trapped in encirclement. With only minutes remaining and death lurking in the darkness shrouded by gunpowder smoke, a military truck became the protection and the final hope for the group of fighters. This is the story of the birth of a legend that saved more than one life—the KAMAZ-4350 military truck—as well as the immortal feat of valiant soldiers.
The author of the play is a native of the city, the renowned Tatar playwright, screenwriter, and actor Artur Shaydulla.
