About the event

The Historical and Local History Museum invites schoolchildren and students to attend a session dedicated to the heroes of the Great Patriotic War—our fellow countrymen. The session will provide a detailed description of the heroic history of each of them: where they fought, what heroic deeds they performed, and what awards they were honored with.

All this will be accompanied by photos and documents, and at the end, a mini-tour of the "Hall of Glory" exhibition will be held.

11 Heroes of the Soviet Union and 3 full cavaliers of the Order of Glory are the list of war heroes who are in one way or another connected with the city of Naberezhnye Chelny and the Chelny district. Behind every award is bravery and courage. Their fates, their heroism, and selfless struggle have inspired and continue to inspire the residents of Chelny to this day.
