A team game based on Russian and foreign fairy tales, Krylov's fables, and works by Pushkin.
Participants can expect:
- brain teasers;
- puzzles;
- emoji riddles;
- a portrait gallery of writers.
Have you ever tried to assemble the title of a novel from scattered letters? Or identify "Sleeping Beauty" from a single illustration? Or recall how many years the old man fished in Pushkin's fairy tale?
The "Literary Quest" is a team competition for book lovers and those who want to discover the world of books in a new way.
Participants will divide into teams, come up with a name and a motto (necessarily with a book or fairy-tale theme), and then complete 7 unusual tasks.
Quest tasks:
- Task 1. Literary Puzzle. Teams assemble illustrations and match them with the titles of works: "Harry Potter"; "Treasure Island"; "Baron Munchausen"; "Sleeping Beauty"; "Three on the Island".
- Task 2. Winged Lines. Continue famous phrases from Krylov's fables: "And Vaska listens..."; "And you, friends, no matter how you sit..."; "The Swan strives for the clouds..." and others.
- Task 3. Pushkin Quiz. How many years did the old man fish? What payment did Balda agree to work for? What wonders were on Guidon's island? Participants will test their knowledge of the texts and recall even the smallest details.
- Task 4. Letter Puzzles. From a set of letters, it is necessary to restore the titles of literary works and name the authors.
- Task 5. Portrait Gallery. Connect the portraits, names, patronymics, and surnames of the classics: Pushkin; Yesenin; Lermontov; Krylov; Chukovsky; Gogol; Chekhov.
- Task 6. Emoji Tales. Decipher the titles of Russian folk tales encrypted in emojis.
- Task 7. Final Battle of the Erudite. Teams choose the correct full title of Pushkin's fairy tale about Tsar Saltan from four very similar options.
The quest develops:
- attention;
- memory;
- logic;
- a love for literature.
You can participate as an entire school or as a separate group of friends.
