Articles and columns of the magazine allow young researchers to broaden their horizons and understand the principles of how the world around them works. For example, it explains how the sun, moon, and lightning can generate electricity, how scientists determine the chemical composition of distant stars, why ice skates glide perfectly on ice, whether it is actually possible to see a tiny electron, and whether mythical seven-league boots ever existed.
