Mushti (fist) hasta viniyoga
We continue to study the gestures of Indian dance. The next hasta is Mushti, which means a fist. Despite such a stern translation of the name, the gestures have many meanings, and they are soft and feminine. In the class, we will tell you what can be shown using this hasta. We will learn the names of these gestures, how to perform them, and what stories can be told through them. We will also add abhinaya (facial expressions) to these gestures. You will learn exactly how these gestures are used in dance. These gestures help develop fine motor skills and acting abilities. They can also be used as neuro-gymnastics. The class will take place on June 18 at 18:00 at the House of Friendship of Peoples "Rodnik".
