Book exhibition "Kh.B. Karimov: The Writer and the Era"

The exhibition will be timed to coincide with the 70th anniversary of the birth of the prominent Tatar writer Khadi Barievich Karimov (pen name – Kara Karim). The author of more than thirty novellas and many short stories, Karimov was published in well-known republican publications: the magazines "Kazan Utlary", "Syuyumbike", and the newspapers "Beznen Gazit", "Yazmysh Synavy", "Akcharlak", and others.

The exhibition will feature the writer's key works, including: the novella "Matilda" – a love story between a Naberezhnye Chelny truck driver and a lonely gypsy woman who ended up in a remote village with a small child, the collection "Ak kugerchen, kuk kugerchen" ("White Dove, Blue Dove"), and the collection "Yagodnaya polyana" ("Berry Glade") in pocketbook format.
