About the event

The Museum of History and Local Lore organizes a walking tour for residents and guests of the city through the historical part of Naberezhnye Chelny — Tsentralnaya Street. During the event, the guide will talk about the most interesting historical sites of the street dating back to the late 19th–20th centuries: houses and shops belonging to the merchants Khalfins, Sayetbattalov, Mullin, Khasanov, the office of the famous Yelabuga merchants Stakheevs, the State Bank building, the Tauba Mosque, and much more.

At the end, excursionists will be presented with a view of the Kama River with the hydroelectric power station structures, the elevator hill, and the G. Tukay embankment.
