Naberezhnye Chelny (Yar Chally) is a city with a rich historical past. During the museum session, visitors will be able to delve into the history of Naberezhnye Chelny and explore interesting details and facts from the life of the village and the city on the Kama River: how and when the first settlements appeared on the territory of our city, how Chelny became a center of grain trade on the Lower Kama, how the city survived two world wars, the Civil War and collectivization, how Chelny turned from a provincial agricultural town into a major industrial center in the Volga region, and how the city lives and develops in the modern era.
The session includes a story about significant historical milestones in the life of our city with specifics and details of the events that took place. All this will be accompanied by a presentation of historical photographs and documents related to the topic.
