About the event

The Civil War is one of the most striking and instructive pages in the country's history. It is no coincidence that today, the events of those seemingly distant years are becoming increasingly relevant. The Civil War also left a noticeable mark on the history of the region. Not only the periods of large-scale confrontations of 1918-1919 are associated with it, but also changes in the life of the entire society.

You can connect with that era by attending a museum lesson for high school students and university students. During the lesson, you will get acquainted with prominent participants of the Civil War who left their mark on the history of the region, learn about the main events of the war and its results, interesting facts, and memorial sites in the city, as well as see footage of original newsreels of the fighting for Naberezhnye Chelny in 1918.
