About the event

In the vast and mighty Union, one could find thousands and hundreds of thousands of truly brave commanders, among whom there were dozens of marshals. Each of them undoubtedly deserved this high rank, but among the 41 people honored with such a title, there was one who asked for something that none of the others ever did.

This museum session is dedicated to the heroic fate of the legendary General Vasily Chuikov, who defended Stalingrad alongside his soldiers. Participants will hear and see how he fought during the Civil War in our region, how he moved toward his greatest Victory, what extraordinary methods and tactics he used during battles, and how his life unfolded after the war, among many other things.

The session is held upon request: at the museum — from 5 people, and off-site — from 100 people.
