About the event

Teenagers will take a "journey" along an unusual route through the amazing land of Green-land, created by the Russian writer Alexander Grin. They will get acquainted with the writer's interesting biography and learn the history behind the creation of the fairy-tale novella "Scarlet Sails".

During the discussion of the book, everyone will try to answer the questions: "Was there any fantasy in the work?", "What miracles can people do themselves in the real world?".

Songs will be played at the meeting, and excerpts from the film of the same name will be shown.

At the end of the event, the participants will make small ships with scarlet sails, writing their dreams on them.
