Russia Day is celebrated annually on June 12 and is one of the country's main public holidays. This day symbolizes national unity, freedom, civil peace, and patriotism.
Library staff will remind the participants of the campaign about the history and traditions of the holiday, as well as offer those interested to congratulate the country and take photos with balloons in the colors of the Russian flag. The colors of the national tricolor have a special meaning. White stands for freedom, nobility, and peace. Blue is the color of faith and spirituality. Red symbolizes the state power that has always been inherent in the Russian state and our multinational people.
