Program "A Conversation About the Main Thing — What Do We Call the Motherland?"

The event is organized to spark interest in the history of one's small homeland within the context of the great country. What is the Motherland? For everyone, this concept has its own meaning: birthplace, youth, family, and so on.

The librarian will ask participants to name a place or a scent associated with the Motherland. They will also ask the question: "What does the country mean to a person today?" and conduct the "Native Word" game, in which participants will be offered words (mother, pine, happiness, Motherland, land, etc.), and they must recall a suitable proverb. The event will conclude with the song "Where Does the Motherland Begin?".
