The educational hour will allow readers to take an exciting journey into Ancient Rus, learn what a "bylina" is, who composed it and about whom. Russian bogatyrs are heroes of bylinas and legends, distinguished by great strength and performing feats of a religious or patriotic nature. Guests of the event will get acquainted with the main Russian bogatyrs: Ilya Muromets, Dobrynya Nikitich, and Alyosha Popovich, who loved their native Russian land and defended it from enemies. Also, the children will solve riddles about the weapons that our glorious bogatyrs used for protection, after which they will watch an excerpt from the animated video "Bogatyrs of the Russian Land". At the end of the event, the children will compete in manual dexterity in the game "Bogatyr Strength" and in erudition in the game "Prepare the bogatyr for a campaign".
