On this day, all interested readers will be able to "transform" into a librarian for an hour and experience all the difficulties and joys of this profession. They will master the book shelving system, help readers in selecting literature, carefully fill out reader forms, and decorate the "Book Summer" exhibition area. Internship participants will learn how to find the necessary information using an electronic catalog and other databases, because a modern librarian must master new information technologies, skills, and knowledge of searching for information on the web. Throughout the day, a consultant librarian will be next to each understudy. Thanks to this event, the children's library will have active and devoted assistants.
