The librarian will conduct a fascinating talk about the interaction of animals and plants in nature. He will talk about rare and endangered species included in the Red Data Book, as well as curious facts related to the most unusual representatives of flora and fauna: from tiny insects to powerful predators, from inconspicuous wildflowers to huge trees.
Then the children will take part in an interactive quiz "Secrets of Nature", where they will have to answer questions about the behavior of animals and the features of plants. Games "Guess the animal by description" and "Find the plant by the leaf" will also be organized.
In the second part of the event, the children will watch short educational videos about the life of the inhabitants of forests, steppes, oceans and jungles.
In addition, a book exhibition "Green Planet" will be prepared for the event, which will feature colorful encyclopedias, atlases of animals and plants, books by nature writers, as well as publications dedicated to environmental protection.
