About the event

June 22 is the Day of Remembrance and Sorrow. On this day, the library will host an event dedicated to this tragic date in the history of our Motherland.

All readers will be able to light a candle, paying tribute to the heroism of Soviet soldiers and all our fellow countrymen who perished during the Great Patriotic War. Participants of the event will share stories about their relatives and loved ones who fought against enemies for their Motherland and for peace on Earth.

They will get acquainted with military-themed literature available in the library and will be able to take home any books that interest them.
