Book Exhibition "Poet of People's Life: A.T. Tvardovsky"

Aleksandr Tvardovsky is an outstanding Russian poet, writer, and public figure whose work became an integral part of 20th-century national literature.

The section "Lyrics and Poems about the War" features poetry collections "Frontline Chronicle", "House by the Road", and, of course, the immortal poems "Vasily Terkin" and "Terkin in the Next World", which reveal the philosophical depth of the poet's work, his reflections on the fate of man during and after the war.

Tvardovsky is a subtle lyricist, celebrating the beauty of Russian nature and the lives of ordinary people. In the section "Works about the Village and the Native Land", one can find early poems, the poem "Land of Muravia", as well as autobiographical prose.
