Main Vectors of Development:

• Engineering Classes and IT Hubs. From early childhood, young Chelny residents immerse themselves in technical creativity. The city is actively developing children's technoparks "Kvantorium", digital education centers "IT-Cube", and specialized classes (KAMAZ classes, engineering, and chemical-technological directions).

• Higher Education and the Advanced Engineering School (AES). On the basis of the Naberezhnye Chelny Institute of KFU, the unique Advanced Engineering School "CyberAutoTech" has been established. Here, specialists in the field of unmanned transport, intelligent systems, and automation are trained alongside the country's top engineers.

• Infrastructure Boom. In recent years, several of the largest gymnasiums and lyceums (including the Education Center No. 16 in the 34th complex and the Mega-school in the 69th complex) have been put into operation, each designed for more than 1,200-1,500 students and equipped with state-of-the-art technology.
