The Budget Policy Department of the Finance Department of the Executive Committee is a structural subdivision of the Finance Department of the Executive Committee, established in order to implement the budget legislation of the Russian Federation.
The main tasks of the department are:
1) development and implementation of the main directions of the unified financial, budgetary and tax policy in the territory of the municipal entity Naberezhnye Chelny;
2) determining the optimal proportions of the revenue and expenditure parts of the city budget and ensuring the effective impact of municipal finances on the socio-economic development of the city;
3) directing financial resources to priority areas of socio-economic development of the city, targeted financing of programs;
4) development of municipal borrowing programs for the city and ensuring their implementation in accordance with the established procedure, municipal debt management.
