The main tasks of the department are to organize the operation and maintenance of the city's housing stock, create safe and favorable living conditions for citizens, ensure the reform and modernization of housing and communal services, coordinate and regulate landscaping and landscaping activities in the territory of the Naberezhnye Chelny municipality.
The main activities of the department are:
- ensuring equal working conditions for managing organizations, regardless of their organizational and legal forms;
- implementation of municipal housing control;
- preparation and implementation of municipal programs in the field of housing and communal services reform and modernization;
- consideration of documents on the issues of reconstruction and (or) redevelopment of residential premises located in an apartment building, transfer of non-residential premises to residential and residential to non-residential;
- organization of landscaping of the city, as well as the use, protection, protection, reproduction of urban forests, forests of specially protected natural territories located within the city boundaries;
- participation in the organization of activities related to the collection (including separate collection), transportation, processing, disposal, neutralization, and burial of municipal solid waste;
- organization of funeral services and maintenance of burial sites;
- consideration of complaints and appeals of citizens and legal entities on housing and communal issues.
