June 12 marks a significant national holiday – Russia Day. This date holds historical significance, as it was on June 12, 1990, that the First Congress of People's Deputies of the RSFSR adopted the Declaration of State Sovereignty of Russia.
Currently, Russia Day symbolizes national unity and shared responsibility for the fate of the Fatherland, serving as a celebration of freedom based on legal norms and justice for all citizens.
The exhibition will feature publications dedicated to Russia, as well as materials about the country's science and culture, and the traditions and customs of the Russian people. Among the books are: the encyclopedias "Our Motherland is Russia", "Cities of Russia", "100 Most Interesting Places in Russia", "Songs and Poems about the Motherland", and other publications.
