Naberezhnye Chelny volunteers continue to actively support military personnel performing tasks during the special military operation. For three weeks, women in the Avtozavodsky district have been weaving camouflage nets.

This painstaking work is done by ordinary residents of Chelny, mainly women. A large net takes about 7 hours to weave, depending on the number of people. Volunteers say the process is not difficult. All newcomers are trained and assisted in their work. Currently, they are short-handed and need help and extra hands. They work in the "Rak pobedim" building in the 27th complex.

Volunteers cooperate with the "Russkiy poryadok" foundation, which provides them with materials and delivers the finished products to the military. The nets are woven on special looms manufactured thanks to caring entrepreneurs of Naberezhnye Chelny.

Currently, volunteers weave white winter camouflage nets daily. A good net must be light, compact, and look realistic. They produce infantry nets (4 square meters) and nets for equipment (18 square meters). The need for nets is high, as they are a consumable material.

"I thank you on behalf of the city mayor Nail Magdeev and our Avtozavodsky district for the important work you are doing. For the fact that you do not stay aside, find time, materials, and caring people," thanked the volunteers the head of the Avtozavodsky district Viner Kharisov. They were also presented with a letter of appreciation and treats for tea.

The head of the district personally spoke with each volunteer and found out what kind of help is needed. All requests have been taken into consideration, but most of all they need volunteers. Anyone who wishes to participate in this important activity can do so at the address 27/04.
